Founded by Guruatma Khalsa, Kaye Khalsa, and Dalip Khalsa in June of 2000.

Our goal is to preserve as large a parcel as possible from the ever increasing development craze in Costa Rica.  We have created a few lots which ring the outside of the preserve and intended to create a community of environmentally concerned individuals, who besides wanting to own a beautiful piece of paradise can also actively preserve the rain forest. This parcel of land is in the middle of “The Path Of The Tapir”-a biological corridor, and several other habitat enhancement projects. We are working with our neighbors to combine larger areas for the reserve, and to expand the corridor for all of the wildlife.
