The Rainforest Preserve is situated in the hills above Dominical. The land forms a C-shaped ridge and the valley below. The land consists of over 200 acres of primary and secondary forests with streams, and mountains above. Our land is bordered by hundreds more acres of privately protected reserve areas.

The parcel is divided into thirteen lots with home sites along the ridge looking out to the sea and into the valley reserve below. The forests are full of orchids, bromeliads, and lush tropical plants of all kinds. The wildlife is plentiful and includes, monkeys, sloth, jaguarondi and other wild cats, cuadimundi, and a myriad of other smaller creatures. The toucans, aracaris, hummingbirds, and hundreds of other species of birds make this a bird lover’s dream.
