Located  deep in the forest, lot 13 is owned by Dalip, one of the founders of the reserve. At present the future home site has a rustic luxury tent platform with a dramatic forest view bathroom. Plans are to use the site in conjunction with the retreat center for housing and workshops. Plans are also underway for a scarlet macaw reintroduction project which will be housed on this lot. The sloping open space which leads to the forest below is being planted with tropical specimen trees and gardens.
