Lot 12 was purchased by ceramic sculptors, Barbara Harnack & Michael Lancaster.  As per its view they named it Cano Vista.  There they are designing and building a home, studio, and guest house.  The Rancho, or covered outdoor dining and entertaining area is being staged for welcome dinners, orientation meetings and celebrations for their business "Eco Arte."   Eco Arte will combine arts workshops and eco tours in Costa Rica.  Most of the teaching and events will be held outside of the preserve.  However,  this 600 foot elevation looking out across the jungle to Isletta del Cano (dubbed the "lightning rod of the Pacific"), will make a grand place to gather these small tours of less than a dozen students and celebrate the visual gift of the Jungle and the sea.
