Lot Features of the Rainforest Preserve Properties

With the purchase of a lot at The Rainforest Preserve also comes full use privileges of the entire private reserve, with all the improvements and community features. We have been working on projects since this website was established  in 2000, so many of these features have already been completed or are well under way:

• 
• - A caretakers’ home for a resident family to help maintain and protect the property  completed
  
  - A system of hiking trails throughout the reserve  in process
  
  
• -  A sunset platform (or mirador) overlooking the surf below and the spectacular coastline to the north completed!
  
  
• - Self-guided nature trails   into the rainforest.
  
  
• - Natural pool in the forest with observation deck overlooking a beautiful waterfall completed!
  
  
• - Community orchard and garden areas completed!
  
  
• - Many other wildlife habitat enhancement projects
  
  
• - Perimeter horse trail through primary forest in process
  
  
• - Access to hundreds of additional acres of adjacent protected areas
  
  
• - Each lot has different attractions and characteristics depending on its location along the ridge.
